1) Candidate must be able to create Web applications using open-source frameworks and custom PHP programming.

2) Wordpress experience will considered as a plus

3) Your abilities in Custom Code programming or Framework based programming should be at an advanced level.

4) Candidate must have excellent Database and Problem solving / analytical abilities.
