Job Timings:(for girls) 06:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M (Pakistan Time)
(for boys) 06:00 P.M. to 02.00 A.M.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 6 months - 1 year of relevant work experience,However fresh can also apply.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
