We are an online provider of a range of accredited courses from our head office in the UK. We are looking to induct two intelligent, energetic, Proficient British English Speaker for our telemarketing department in our suppot office at Gulberg III, Lahore.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in various computer programs and standard office software packets such as Microsoft Office etc.
• Good communication skills. Fluency in speaking and writing English.
• A Proficient British English accent
• Customer service experience- both written and verbal- will be preferred
• Looking for someone that can make a great first impression with our regular and prospective clients and have good communication skills.
• Must have a good listening power.
• Must be independent, self-motivated, shows initiative, and has a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Duties:

• As a Telemarketer, you will be working closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the highest service levels.
• You will be responding to emails and phone calls and working with the different departments and team member to ensure a positive working relationship is maintained with our clients.
• Secure information by completing database back ups.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Must have convincing power.
