We are looking for a competent call center agent who can provide customer service and do sales.CSR will be receiving calls from Clients of USA and Canada. Answer client's questions as well as question client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested. CSR will be responsible to respond to customer queries on Live Chat Support. CSR will handle customer queries via Emails & Phone calls. Only those candidates apply who are willing to work in night shift. This is a night shift job from 7pm to 4 pm, five days a week (Monday-Friday). Attractive commission structure apart from the basic salary |
